[Discord] — The Terriche Moon has been through various presidencies and phases, each change of leadership offering new insight and twists to the creed we know and love. One notable smear in the sanctimonious Moon establishment is that of it’s history; as more and more generations pass, the old are forgotten.

History is not a spreadsheet, it is not a list of changes and alterations to a continuity, rather, it is, as the name suggests, a story. To truly understand that which has passed, one must attempt to relive it, to know what the unchanged life was during the era. That is why we at the Andromeda Daily have sat down with Xylie Fork, a current Moon official, in our project to hear the stories and thoughts of more than just the top, to hear her stories and opinions on the past, present, and future.

Xylie Fork, excelling in her studies, was first recruited by her local Moon chapter at 17. Her passionate opinions in improving lives for all helped her rise through the ranks and grasp the true ideals of Moon at an early age. This chapter was quite a new one, and Xylie grew with the Moon. She moved on to the Terriche Moon chapter at age 19 and quickly learned how to control situations without ever being discovered.

Now in her second year as a Moon official, Xylie, aged 21, is the Head of Community Development at Terriche.

How have you been?

I’ve been not bad, life’s been certainly interesting lately.

What does this entail if u don’t mind me asking

Well, my life’s been online for the past 2 years due to the pandemic, met a lot of interesting people, joined in a few communities. Sure, the work is a bit stressful, but it’s certainly fun.

Yeah that’s very true, conversation is a lot harder online without, like, tones, but also random online people can be chaotic and also nice at the same time.

When you find the right people it really becomes amazing

What were your first thoughts when coming to Terriche Moon?

Well, my first thoughts was with the first impression that came with the first committee. It was a balance of structure and chaos. Organized chaos, if you may. I found that this would be a great place to take part in Moon

How would you say the club has changed since the co-presidency?

The community has been more structured despite the chaos it’s been through with one president taking care of external and one taking care of internal. It also lightened the workload for what I’ve seen resulting in a more efficient output of what needs to be done.

Do you feel like your voice is heard in Moon?

Definitely. Even if it’s not agreed with all the time it’s definitely heard

And any last comments about you, Moon or a combination of the two?

Hmm, no further comments, only can’t wait to be back in person.
